Elizabeth Thompson attended doula training at Life Cycles Center in November of 2008.  She has birthed her own two children at home and joyfully desires to companion other women through this rite of passage.  Elizabeth has experience with prenatal yoga and a personal passion for nutrition.  In addition to practical prenatal, labor and post-natal support, she also enjoys working with mothers to celebrate and artfully document the journey of pregnancy and birth.
