Pam Gay is a trained and certified doula. Her in depth training was done through the Life Cycles Center. She has a M.S. degree in multi-disciplinary Studies from Buffalo State College and a B.S. degree in Nutrition from SUNY at Oneonta. Her three children were born at home. These first hand experiences add empathy and passion to her personal mission of helping women achieve their birthing goals. She is also a Reiki and Brain Gym practitioner.
